A construction machinery group's heavy-duty truck production assembly line flexible transformation project, the project canceled the original board surface line and supporting construction, invested dozens of 10T load AGV, SPS material transportation sub-assembly AGV, multiple sets of automatic charging stations, and AGV Management system. The customer reduced the construction cost, and at the same time realized the flexible assembly of the factory, the SPS conveying of the material on the line, and the timely distribution. The project improves production efficiency by nearly 30%, and finally realizes production cycle management, information management, and visual management.
